  • NERC 2018 Impact Awards

    NERC are pleased to invite applications for the NERC 2018 Impact Awards. The awards will celebrate and reward NERC-funded researchers, as individuals or teams, whose work has had substantial impact on the economy and society either in the UK or abroad.

    The awards will be presented at a ceremony in London, late 2018. The event will showcase the researchers, their work and the impact of the science that NERC funds.

  • Festival of Social Science

    The 2018 Festival of Social Science will take place across the UK from 3-10 November. The call for applications to run an event as part of this year’s Festival of Social Science is now open. Applicants can apply for up to £1,000 to support their festival event or they can choose to self-fund. This year ESRC continues to encourage participation from Early Career Researchers as well as for events in Wales.
